Wildcrafted whole leaf Irish Moss (Chondrus Crispus) is a seaweed with flat fan like leaves. It generally has a darker, purple color. Unlike sea moss….Irish Moss grows in colder regions….but offer many of the same benefits. Irish moss has a stronger taste of the sea unlike sea moss which has a slight lighter taste of the sea.
